In February, artist Illma Gore got a huge reception for her painting of a nude Donald Trump with a very small penis, and now Trump and his lawyers are threatening to sue her. The image went viral after she posted it, probably due to Trump's own frantic defense of the size of his hands and manhood. The suit's claims are based on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and Trump's lawyers are trying to block Gore from making any profit from Trump's likeness. Because of the lawsuit threats, she is unable to sell the painting in America, and it is often removed from social media sites, including being de-listed from eBay. In the end, experts expect Trump to lose because he is a political public figure, and one of the things that makes America so great is that political speech (which this painting definitely is) is guaranteed maximum protection under the First Amendment.
The Maddox Gallery in London currently has her painting on display, and it has attracted purchase offers of over $100,000. Certainly, anyone else who painted Trump with a tiny peen must be super jealous of that throbbing figure.

She told the New York Daily News that she has no intention of backing down, and even has another Trump painting in the works. Maybe it will reveal those sweet man boobs hiding behind his arms.
