According to The Sun, Beth Lloyd suffers from Crohn's disease and arthritis, which makes grocery shopping much more unbearable for her than other people. As a way around making trips to the store, Lloyd—whose conditions make even moving around the house difficult—uses a delivery service from the British grocery store Tesco. The mother of three recently put in an order as she usually does, except for she mistakenly arranged for the delivery to come an hour earlier than she intended.

For reasons Lloyd explains in a post on Tesco's Facebook page, Lloyd didn't make it to the door in time and the driver left her a generic failure-to-deliver card from the store. Instead of properly filling out the card, the driver left most information fields blank and addressed it to "Mr and Mrs I cant be arsed to go to the shop." Lloyd's response to the incident was lengthy and stirring.
