A mom wrote a Facebook post to thank the cashier who cheered up her struggling son, and not only is it going viral, it's making the entire holiday retail experience seem a lot more chill. Like, at least 500% more chill.

Kimberly Grandinette wrote about her experience shopping with her three-year-old son, who was having a hard time because her infant son (his brother) was in the hospital. Grandinette explained to their cashier, Kristen, how "all of the changes in routine and changes at home" had been rough on her older son. When he then asked if he could help ring up the family's groceries, because apparently working the checkout line the week of Christmas seemed like a fun activity to him, Kristen was really cool about it:
