Do you remember yesterday when I told you about the new panic attack-inducing roller coaster that's 325 feet tall and goes up to 95 miles per hour?
This is worse.
The video above is of a prototype water slide called SkyCalibre (or Sky Caliber, depending on which website you believe) that has a 45-foot free fall, travels at speeds up to 50 miles per hour, and features a full vertical loop. This might sound less scary than the roller coaster, but let me remind you that you are in an enclosed tube that is filled with water. That's sounds like something that should be in a horror movie, not an amusement park.
The water slide is set to open at New Jersey's Action Park in 2016. The park recently reopened, and it might sound familiar because it's that place where, y'know, several people died.
