Kelvin Moon Loh is a successful actor, and from the sound of his Twitter bio he seems like a fun guy, "Currently OTHO in 'BEETLEJUICE: THE MUSICAL'!!! Actor. Singer. Theater Artist. Also recently your neighborhood Newscaster, Freak, DJ, Monk, and Idiot."
After a performance one night he wrote a powerful letter defending an autistic child who shouted during The King and I on Broadway.
During an intense whipping scene that apparently was put in the play for the sole purpose of making children cry, an autistic child screamed loudly, and had to be taken out of the theater by his mother. Other audience members were angry. They did after all spend $6,000 to see live theater (it is expensive to see a Broadway play).
