Madison Gardner was just a busy four-year-old with smartphone in hand, and a desire to get in the damn house, when the wind decided it had other plans. She trotted up the driveway of her home in Lyndhurst, Ohio, opened the door, and then a strong gust of wind sent her flying.
Brittany Gardner, Madison's mom, said she looked up from the driveway only to see Madison "pinned against the siding and the glass door," CNN reports. "I had to unlatch her from the handle." And while Brittany told CNN that at first Madison felt embarrassed about the whole incident, "she was laughing after seeing the surveillance video herself."
Is Madison a superhero in the making? No, of course not. She is a fierce business woman who was desperately trying to get the client on the phone when the wind very inconveniently knocked her off course. Madison's mom also says she's "still looking at Disney princesses," but we know that's just for research on sexist "damsel in distress" storylines and how she'll overcome them. Don't let the wind stop you from shattering any glass ceilings, Madison!
