Because of stay-at-home orders and online learning, many parents are now more involved than ever in their childrens' educations. And this can create a complicated dynamic between parents and teachers. Exhibit A: a mom was unhappy with how a teacher behaved towards her child in an online class, so she took matters into her own hands and called the teacher out in an email. She then posted their subsequent email exchange on Twitter where it went hugely viral, sparking a heated discussion about whether this teacher crossed a line or not, and whether or not this mom should have intervened.
